	Krishna Kumar is an astute professional with an overall experience of 20 Years amongst which past 14 years has been in the Software Quality Assurance, Testing and Product Implementations. A post graduate in Information Technology and Graduate in Chemistry, Krishna Kumar is also a GNIITian and a CKM from International Institute of Knowledge Management. He has served organizations like Novell Software, Huawei Technologies, Logica, SRIT, Religare Technologies, HealthFore, Microland Software, Planetasia.com in various capacities ranging from Software Test Engineer to Head of Quality. He has also provided training & consulting services to organizations like IBM, Ojus Healthcare, Railwire, ITC India, Strategies etc.

Krishna Kumar has already achieved to his credit more than 3000 Hrs of Training in Software Testing related topics. He has been instrumental in developing Software Testing Units in 4 different organizations from ground up - staffing to selection to training to hands on till making the team billable completely. He has being doing BOT (Build, Operate & Transfer) model assignments in building Software Testing teams since 2001. Krishna Kumar has to his credit of more than 200 students in boot camp model trainings. Has managed testing of 4 verticals at Sobha Renaissance, namely Healthcare, ERP, Telecom and ODC, with a peak team size of 110 and close to 34 projects across a span of 4 years.

Krishna Kumar comes with experience in Functional and Non-Functional, Automated and Manual Testing across past 14 years. He has also conducted Product Performance Benchmarking for 2 major Healthcare applications at IBM Labs, Bangalore, the exercise also included Capacity, Volume, Stress and Availability assessments on both the Products.

Krishna Kumar has specialized in concepts like Exploratory Testing, Risk Based Testing, Agile Methodologies of Testing, Model Driven Testing, Scenario Based Testing etc. He has been instrumental in coming up with theme based testing like 7 Business Day Scenarios, Conference Room Piloting, Data Driven Testing etc for various organizations and projects. Krishna Kumar also introduced the concepts like Lateral Thinking & Systems Thinking while training the fresh recruits on the field of Software Testing.

Krishna Kumar and team have also developed three different Automation Frameworks suiting to applicable sets of Products, two of them were QTP based and one using Selenium. He has also been involved in Open Source Testing and supporting many institutes for academic projects in the field of Software Testing.

Krishna Kumar has been a speaker at conferences and pre-conference tutorials across last 10 years, has also been in the Technical Committee of STEP-AUTO since 2006. He is also a frequent visitor and speaker in many Engineering Institutes in South India.
