Workshop on Test Management intends to provide insights in terms of building a high performance testing team and delivering results more effectively and efficiently. Workshop provides industry experiences form various Organizations in the world, summarizes good practices that resulted in a working strategy, and also provides opportunity to brainstorm on specific pain areas in test management amongst the participants and the trainer. A mixture of theory sessions, discussions on practices around the world, hands on working out estimates and strategies, as well as participative brainstorming on specific topics from participants and trainer. |

KRISHNA KUMAR, a Senior Professional in Software Testing, Quality Assurance and Delivery Management, has quite a few key distinct milestones in his 20+ Year long career. A veteran Speaker in the Software Testing related topics, Krishna Kumar has to his credit 45+ successful project completions from QA/QC perspective.
Krishna Kumar has managed testing teams at multiple organizations, largest one being at SRIT, Bangalore which comprised 9 Test Managers, 17 Test Leads and a total team size of 123.
Krishna Kumar has had the opportunity to build testing teams from ground up at 4 different organizations and has been a mentor to many successful Test Managers. He carries association with brands like Novell, Huawei, Logica CMG, SRIT, Microland Group, Planetasia.com, Bowstreet.com, StarAlliance, BCG (Boston Consulting Group), TuV Rheinland, Strategies, Ojus Healthcare, Religare Technologies, IBM Global Services and more.
