Test Metrics is unique, reason being that they can be gathered throughout the project/product life cycle and can provide indicators to many different activities that have been performed throughout the execution. Test Metrics along with other measurements including Root Cause Analysis data supports in quantitatively tracking issues from points of occurrence throughout the development process. Test Metrics also provides the critical insight into the health of project/product at various stages of the life cycle and aids in release decisions. Finally, Test Metrics provides the opportunity to understand and continuously improve the entire development process if not only the testing process. |

This workshop provides the members who lead and manage testing teams with opportunity to understand, interpret, analyze and present measurements and metrics related to testing activities and product quality attributes. Workshop covers basic definitions of measurements, techniques of collection & analysis of them along with hands on exercises and cases studies from real time projects. Workshop also provides good practices & learnings from various matured organizations in the area of test process improvements, prediction models, performance models and many more. |

KRISHNA KUMAR, a Senior Professional in Software Testing, Quality Assurance and Delivery Management, has quite a few key distinct milestones in his 20+ Year long career. A veteran Speaker in the Software Testing related topics, Krishna Kumar has to his credit 45+ successful project completions from QA/QC perspective.
Krishna Kumar has managed testing teams at multiple organizations, largest one being at SRIT, Bangalore which comprised 9 Test Managers, 17 Test Leads and a total team size of 123.
Krishna Kumar has had the opportunity to build testing teams from ground up at 4 different organizations and has been a mentor to many successful Test Managers. He carries association with brands like Novell, Huawei, Logica CMG, SRIT, Microland Group, Planetasia.com, Bowstreet.com, StarAlliance, BCG (Boston Consulting Group), TuV Rheinland, Strategies, Ojus Healthcare, Religare Technologies, IBM Global Services and more.
