Achieving

and projects quantitatively. This requires ability to plan,
monitor, understand the cause of variance, control, predict,
and improve processes and projects. Workshop on SPC is all about
these concepts.
This workshop takes the audience through the
journey of statistical concepts and implementation intricacies
by discussing on meaning, understanding, and differences among
statistical quality control tools and their use in quantitatively
defining, planning, and controlling projects; identifying
special causes and common causes behind unacceptable variances
and taking corrective and preventive actions.
